Welcome to Sun Plaza Suites. By confirming your reservation and checking in, you agree to comply with the following Hotel Policies and House Rules. These rules are in place to ensure your comfort, safety, and satisfaction, as well as that of other guests. Violations may result in additional charges, eviction without refund, or involvement of law enforcement.

1. Identification & Registration

 Minimum age: 18 

 Minors must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian

 A valid photo ID (passport or national ID) and credit card are required at check-in

› Some rates may include breakfast; others may not — check your confirmation number

2. Payment & Cancellation

› Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise stated in your booking terms.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cash, and bank transfers (no cheques or foreign currency).

A valid credit card is required to secure the booking and for incidentals.

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged the full stay amount.

No-shows are charged in full.

 

 

3. Check-in/out

› Check-in: from 14:00

› Check-out: until 12:00

 Early check-in / late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may incur a charge.

› Guests must return all key cards at check-out. A €5.00 fee applies for lost/unreturned cards.

› Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges or removal of belongings.

4. Rules

› Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00

› Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms

› No loud noise, disturbances, or in-room parties at any time.

› Strictly no parties or events are allowed. A €200 fee applies for any violations.

› This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

5. Smoking Policy

All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.

No use of e-cigarettes, candles, incense, or essential oils.

Designated smoking areas are provided outside.

A €200 cleaning fee will apply for violations.

6. Pool Area

Open daily: 08:00 to 20:00.

Adults only (18+) – no exceptions.

No lifeguard – swim at your own risk.

No glassware, running, or disruptive behaviors.

7. Breakfast

Served daily from 08:00 to 10:30 at Suite34 (200 meters away from the hotel approx. 2 minutes walk).

Guests booked on a Room Only basis can purchase breakfast vouchers at Reception for €10.00 per person/day.

8. Housekeeping &
Linen Policy

Rooms are cleaned daily between 08:00 and 15:00.

Towels are changed every 2 days. Place used towels on the floor to request replacement.

Linen is changed every 3 days, provided personal items are removed from the bed and staff can access all sides.

Additional linen changes available upon request at Reception.

Guests are encouraged to reuse towels to help reduce water consumption.

9. Do Not Disturb &
Room Access

Do Not Disturb” signs will be respected for up to 36 hours.

After 36 hours, staff may enter for cleaning, safety checks, or maintenance.

Management reserves the right to enter rooms at any time in cases of emergency, suspected illegal activity, or policy violations.

Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotel rooms if required.

10. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

Charges may apply for breakage, loss, or extra cleaning.

The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left in rooms or public areas.

 Use the in-room safe box to store valuables and avoid misunderstandings.

 Commercial photography or filming is not permitted.

11. Visitors & Occupancy

Visitors are allowed only with Reception approval and must leave by 23:00.

Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times.

No overnight visitors.

Maximum room occupancy limits must always be observed.d.

12. Food, Hygiene & Waste

Food must be stored in the refrigerator to avoid attracting insects.

Do not dispose of food, sanitary items, or waste in toilets, use the bins provided.

Improper disposal may cause plumbing issues and result in charges.

13. Parking

 Free parking is available for guests.

The hotel is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or belongings left inside.

14. Luggage Storage

 Luggage may be stored before check-in or after check-out, subject to space availability.

Storage is limited to 5 days maximum.

Items are stored at the guest’s own risk.

EU adapters are available at Reception for a €5.00 fee

15. Guest’s Belongings & Security

Rooms include an electronic safe box for storing valuables.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, including those in the room, safe, or public areas.

Guests are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving their suite.

16. Welcome Amenities

Enjoy a complimentary welcome drink: coffee, tea, and bottled water.

Refills are available at Reception for a small fee.

17. Management’s Rights

Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for violations or disturbances.

The hotel may remove guest belongings from rooms in such cases.

Guests must behave respectfully and avoid causing nuisance to others.

18. Legal & Government Regulations

Guests must comply with all applicable Cyprus laws and government regulations.

Management will cooperate with authorities in cases of illegal activity.

19. No Tenancy Rights

Staying at the hotel does not create a tenancy or residency.

The hotel retains full legal
possession of all premises.

20. Policy Changes

Sun Plaza Suites may update these policies at any time without prior notice.

Updated policies will be available at Reception and on our website.

Changes made before check-out form part of the guest agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website
